How to search and filter your transactions

After this guide, you'll be able to: Find any transaction quickly using search, date filters, and category filters.

Open the Transactions list
Go to Transactions from the navigation. All transactions across all accounts are shown by default, newest first.

Use the search bar for keyword search
Type a merchant name, description, or keyword in the search bar. Results update in real time as you type. The search matches against the transaction description and merchant name.

Use filters for date range, account, or category
Tap the filter icon (funnel) to open the filter panel. You can filter by: date range (last 7 days, last 30 days, this month, or a custom range), account, and category. Combine multiple filters for precise results.

Clear filters when done
To return to the full list, tap "Clear filters" or dismiss individual filter chips from the active filter bar.
