Do I need to give Owdyn my TSB internet banking login?
No — never. If you connect TSB automatically on Plus or Wise, that runs through Akahu, New Zealand's accredited open banking intermediary, so your password goes to Akahu's secure flow and never to Owdyn. If you import a CSV instead — free on every plan — you export the file yourself from TSB online banking and your credentials stay with TSB entirely.
Which TSB accounts can I import?
Everyday accounts, savings accounts, credit cards and joint accounts. Export each account separately from TSB online banking; if the export offers CSV, Owdyn imports it directly and keeps each account distinct.
How far back can I import TSB transactions?
As much history as TSB lets you export, and you can import several files. Three months is a practical first import — Owdyn detects overlaps, so adding earlier files later is safe.
